Sharing with you all a real time child abuse incident faced by a child.(Character names are changed). Mithu was at her 4th grade. Her father's friend Girish (A retired headmaster of govt school) was a regular visitor to Mithu's house.  One day Girish visited Mithu's house. Mithu opened the door. UX Designer - User experience designer UI Developer - User Interface Developer Consider a customer ordered cup of tea. How the tea cup should be? What must be filled in cup? UX designer has the answer for the above questions. UX Designer decides the shape of the cup.Design it's holder.And fill it with Milk & Tea power(dark/light shade). It is not in usable mode now. That is customer cann't drink it now. So how it should be made as usable to customer(who ordered tea) ????? UI Developer has the answer for the above questions. UI developer place a spoon inside a cup of tea.  Decides whether to add sugar/lemon anything based on the input from the customer.Mix it well and finally tasteful usable tea is ready for the customer to drink. Conclusion:  In a website, what are all design elements to be added will be decided and designed by UX designer and how the designed elements should interact with each other to make it user friendly is decided and devloped by UI developer

On June 2nd 2011, She met her( during college days). They shared their sorrows & happiness together. Both excelled in studies. Got selected in campus interviews conducted by top companies. On May 20th,2014( last day of college life) their heart felt heavy. Couldn't able to digest the fact of getting seperated. Because their relationship is more than just friendship. They were madly in love with each other.  Both joined job at same location but in different organisations. Years passed on. But their love never had stop button. Finally both decided to get marry. Discussed with parents about their secret love life. Parents replied as "Shit.Get out of this house". They (she & she) totally lost in mind. Their heart felt heavy again. Parents rejected them. Society rejected them.They didn't want to lead a secret life anymore. Decided to end their life. The very next day that is on  6th sep 2018, they closed their front door and both were in urge to kill  themselves. S
